سياسة الخصوصية
نحترم خصوصيتك ونجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه عبر هذا الموقع وصفحاته ولماذا. تطبيقات كنز لها شروطها وسياساتها المعروضة داخل التطبيق والمتجر.
ما الذي نجمعه؟
- قائمة المفاجآت (قائمة الانتظار): الاسم ورقم الجوال، والبريد الإلكتروني إن اخترت كتابته.
- طلب حجز موعد شرح للمطاعم: الاسم، اسم المطعم، رقم الجوال، والتاريخ والوقت المفضلان.
- نموذج «تواصل معنا»: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، نوع الطلب ونص رسالتك.
- بيانات تقنية مع كل نموذج: عنوان الإنترنت (IP) ونوع المتصفح لحماية النماذج من الإساءة، ومصدر الزيارة إن وصلت من رابط إعلاني (مثل اسم المنصة والحملة).
- ضغطات الأزرار: نعدّ الضغطات على أزرار تحميل التطبيق و«اتصال فوري» لقياس الأداء، ونسجّل معها عنوان الإنترنت (IP) لمنع تكرار العدّ.
لماذا نستخدمها؟
- لإبلاغك بإطلاق كنز في منطقتك وبمفاجآت الأوائل.
- للتواصل مع صاحب المطعم وتأكيد موعد الشرح.
- للرد على رسالتك.
- لقياس أداء صفحاتنا وحملاتنا وتحسينها.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع جهات تسويقية. يطّلع عليها فريق كنز المخوَّل فقط، ومزوّدو خدمات يعملون لصالحنا (مثل الاستضافة وإرسال البريد الإلكتروني) بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط وأدوات القياس
صفحات الموقع العامة لا تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط خاصة بنا. نستخدم أدوات قياس إعلانية من منصات الإعلان (مثل Meta و Snapchat و TikTok و Google) لمعرفة أداء حملاتنا، وهذه الأدوات قد تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط وتجمع بيانات عن زيارتك وفق سياسات تلك المنصات. يمكنك تعطيلها من إعدادات متصفحك.
مدة الاحتفاظ وحقوقك
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دامت لازمة للغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله أو حتى تطلب حذفها. يحق لك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو إيقاف مراسلتك، بمراسلتنا على info@knz-app.com. نلتزم بالأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
الشروط
قائمة المفاجآت ومفاجآت الأوائل
- التسجيل مجاني ولا يترتب عليه أي التزام بالشراء.
- مفاجآت الأوائل (نقاط الولاء، المكافآت، الوجبات المجانية) تُعلن تفاصيلها وشروطها ومدتها ومن يستحقها عند الإطلاق، وقد تختلف حسب المنطقة والتوفّر.
- تسجيل واحد لكل رقم جوال. يحق لكنز استبعاد التسجيلات المكررة أو غير الصحيحة.
العروض والأسعار
الخصومات تختلف حسب العرض والمطعم، وعبارة «يصل إلى ٥٠٪» تصف الحد الأعلى ولا تعني أن كل عرض بهذا الخصم. حاسبات التوفير والمبيعات في الموقع تقديرات توضيحية وليست وعداً بمبلغ محدد.
المطاعم
طلب حجز موعد الشرح ليس عقداً ولا يُلزم أي طرف. مزايا باقة الإطلاق (ومنها مدة الإعفاء من العمولة) تُحدَّد في الاتفاق عند الانضمام.
استخدام الموقع
- اكتب بياناتك الصحيحة، ولا ترسل النماذج بوسائل آلية.
- محتوى الموقع واسم كنز وشعاره ملك لكنز. شعارات الشركاء ملك لأصحابها.
- نحرص على دقة المعلومات وقد نحدّثها أو نحدّث هذه الصفحة عند الحاجة، ويُعتمد ما هو منشور هنا.
- تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.

Privacy policy
We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible. This policy explains what we collect through this website and its pages, and why. The KNZ apps have their own terms and policies, shown in the app and its store listing.
What we collect
- The surprise list (waitlist): your name and mobile number, and your email if you choose to add it.
- Restaurant demo requests: name, restaurant name, phone number, and your preferred date and time.
- The contact form: name, email, topic and your message.
- Technical data with each form: IP address and browser type, to protect the forms from abuse, and the source of your visit if you arrived from an ad link (such as the platform and campaign name).
- Button taps: we count taps on the app-download and “Call now” buttons to measure performance, and record the IP address with each tap to avoid double counting.
Why we use it
- To tell you when KNZ launches near you and about early-member surprises.
- To contact the restaurant owner and confirm the demo appointment.
- To reply to your message.
- To measure and improve our pages and campaigns.
We do not sell your data or share it with marketers. It is seen only by authorised KNZ staff and by service providers acting for us (such as hosting and email delivery), to the extent needed to provide the service.
Cookies and measurement tools
The public pages do not set cookies of our own. We use advertising measurement tools from ad platforms (such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google) to understand how our campaigns perform; these tools may set cookies and collect data about your visit under those platforms’ policies. You can block them in your browser settings.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or until you ask us to delete it. You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop being contacted, by writing to info@knz-app.com. We comply with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
Terms
The surprise list and early-member surprises
- Signing up is free and carries no obligation to buy.
- The details, conditions, duration and eligibility of early-member surprises (loyalty points, rewards, free meals) are announced at launch and may vary by area and availability.
- One sign-up per mobile number. KNZ may remove duplicate or invalid sign-ups.
Offers and prices
Discounts vary by offer and restaurant. “Up to 50%” describes the maximum and does not mean every offer carries that discount. The savings and sales calculators on this site are illustrative estimates, not a promise of a specific amount.
Restaurants
A demo request is not a contract and binds neither party. The benefits of the launch package (including the length of the commission waiver) are set out in the agreement made when joining.
Using this site
- Provide accurate details and do not submit the forms by automated means.
- The site content and the KNZ name and logo belong to KNZ. Partner logos belong to their owners.
- We take care to keep information accurate and may update it, or this page, when needed; the version published here applies.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
